Website Accessibility Notice

The Indiana Area School District is committed to ensuring accessibility of its website for students, parents, and members of the community, including those with disabilities.  The District's websites will be maintained in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act ("Section504") and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("Title II"). 

 

The District shall ensure that all new, updated, and existing District web pages are accessible to all persons, including those with disabilities.  The District shall also ensure that all website content or functionality on the District's website shall conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.0, Level AA standards or updated equivalents of these guidelines.
